100% Mourvèdre grown in the Texas High Plains at the Phillips' Vineyard. The fruit was hand-harvested, whole cluster pressed, and fermented in stainless steel until dry. This rosé wine is bone-dry with fresh strawberries, soft texture and refreshing minerality.
