100% Mourvèdre rosé sourced from vineyards across the Hill Country. Hand harvested at night, whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel. Armotic and fruit forward on the nose with just a touch of sweetness on the palate, balanced by minerality and a touch of co2 added at bottling.
