2021 Bingham Albariño
This Albariño was sourced from 11-year-old vines at Bingham Family Vineyards. The fruit was machine harvested, destemmed, and sorted simultaneously at night. Pressed after some skin contact, fermented in stainless steel, and aged on the less until bottling. This wine is dry, crisp and aromatic with texture and complexity from lees aging. An awesome pairing with fresh seafood.
