2019 Parr Tempranillo

Harvested by hand and destemmed upon arrival at the winery, this Tempranillo went through natural fermentation and spent 17 days on skins prior to barrel aging. Then into a mixture of neutral French and European oak puncheons for 5 months. We then bottled it on March 20, 2020 and allowed it to rest in bottle for 18 months until it's release date October3, 2021.
