2019 High Plains Rosé
41% Cinsaut, 32% Carignan and 27% Mourvèdre - La Pradera Vineyards, Texas High Plains
Hand harvested at night by our crew and some locals, this whole-cluster pressed dry rosè is sourced from young vines at La Pradera vineyards, farmed by Andy Timmons. Our first vintage was 2014, with production growing every vintage since. This wine is predominantly Mourvèdre and Cinsaut, with Grenache and Carignan both being utilized from time to time. A testament to the quality and value the High Plains can deliver, look for this wine everywhere quality Texas wine is sold.
