Tasting Notes
Very aromatic, bursting with fresh red fruit and a little earthiness. Super soft, fruit forward, with just enough structure to carry the fruit. Very easy drinking.

Hand harvested, destemmed (without crushing), bin fermented with gentle punch downs, pressed at dryness, settled in stainless steel, racked to neutral French oak barrels until bottling in January.
